IC-M400BB består av två delar, en ”black box” och en Commandmic™. Alla funktioner inklusive DSC-drift görs från Commandmic™ HM-195B tillsammans med radioenheten. IC-M400BB kan installeras på en dold plats.
Det nya menysystemet delas med Icoms senaste modeller, IC-M423 och IC-M91D. Under displayen sitter funktionsknappar som underlättar navigering i menysystemet.
Den inbyggda aktiva brusreduceringen minskar bakgrundsljud upp till 90% och förbättrar både utgående och inkommande samtal. Man kommer att höra och höras bättre och tydligare!
IC-M400BB har en inbyggd 10W förstärkare som ökar ljudnivån när en yttre högtalare används. Med hjälp av funktionen för allmänt utrop kan du prata i mikrofonen som en megafon. Mistluren kan också sända ljudsignal till den externa högtalaren.
Den inbyggda DSC klass D mottagaren bevakar kontinuerligt aktiviteterna på kanal 70 (DSC-kanal), även då du tar emot en annan kanal.
När IC-M400BB är kopplad till en extern GPS-mottagare visas aktuell position och tid på displayen. Radion använder vanligt NMEA0183-format för överföring från GPS.

IC M400BB consists of two parts, a ”black box” and a Commandmic ™. All functions including DSC operation is done from Commandmic ™ HM-195B with the radio unit. IC M400BB can be installed in a hidden location.
The new menu system is shared with Icom’s latest models, the IC-M423 and IC-M91D. Below the display sits function buttons for easier navigation through the menu system.
The built-in active noise reduction reduces background noise up to 90% and improves both outgoing and incoming calls. You will hear and be heard better and clearer!
IC M400BB has a built in 10W amplifier that increases the audio level when an external speaker is used. With the help of the function of public address, you can talk into the microphone as a megaphone. Mist handset can also send the audio signal to the external speaker.
The built-in Class D DSC receiver continuously monitors activity on Channel 70 (DSC channel), even when you are receiving another channel.
When the IC M400BB is connected to an external GPS receiver, the current position and time on the display. The radio uses the standard NMEA0183 format for transmission from the GPS.
